Are you a great communicator with strong English skills and a passion for diving and travel?
We’re looking for a reliable and responsive individual to handle WhatsApp and Messenger chats for GoDiving, a company specialising in unforgettable dive and snorkel experiences across Southeast Asia.
Every person in our company starts at this role. It’s the base and core of what we do. Your job is to help people with any questions they have, provide advice and help guide them thru the booking process.
You’ll have all the information you’ll need to do the job so it won’t matter if you’ve been to a particular location are not. We want you to bring energy to the conversations and chat with guests like you would chat with a friend. Go ahead and send them that turtle emoji!

About the Role:
* Position: Part-Time Chat Support
* Hours: Flexible shifts where you choose your hours. We use a custom system where available hours are posted every week and you simply request hours that you want to work and admin approves based on business requirements.
* Response Time: Replies must be sent within 5 minutes during your shift. Our goal is to be fast and to make people’s lives easier
* Chat Focus: Assisting with booking requests for dive and snorkel trips. You’ll be doing this from our software that is connected to WhatsApp and Messenger so having a laptop or computer is a requirement.
Requirements:
* Excellent written English
* Knowledge or experience in the diving/snorkeling industry is essential!!
* Reliable internet connection.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused communication style
* Strong time management and commitment to timely replies
* Previous experience in customer service or travel-related roles
Pay:
€5-8/hour (depends on volume and season)
Shifts are made available every week in hourly blocks and can range between 10-15 available hours up for grabs.
This is a remote position, perfect for someone who wants a flexible, low-volume support role while staying engaged with the dive travel world.
Some of the hours you work may have no chats while others might be quite busy. The job can be done on the side or while you are just hanging out but the most important thing is speed!
