Cancellation rules

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to keep our policies as flexible and fair as possible. Please read the following carefully before booking:

General Cancellations

All bookings are fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled activity.
Bookings are fully flexible and can be rescheduled at no additional cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Courses and eLearning

Deposits made on any courses that involve eLearning are non-refundable due to material costs.
If the full course fee has been paid and you cancel, the eLearning portion will be deducted from the refund amount.

Snorkeling Bookings

Snorkeling bookings are fully refundable with 48 hours’ notice, except in cases where the weather is deemed unsafe by the captain, in which case a full refund will be issued regardless of notice.

Transport-Related Cancellations

In the case of transportation issues (e.g., cancelled or missed ferries or flights), bookings are 50% refundable if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
