Look, we know nobody actually reads this stuff, and honestly we don’t blame you. You came here to find activities, not to read legal documents. But our lawyers (and the internet) insist we have one of these pages, so here it is. The short version: be cool, don’t do anything sketchy, and we’ll all get along just fine. The longer version is below. It’s not fun, but it’s there for reference if you ever need it.
1. Who We Are
GoDiving Co. is a dive travel agency registered in Asia. We operate the website godiving.co and connect customers with dive centers, instructors, and tour operators across Southeast Asia, including locations in Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
We are an agency. We do not directly provide dive instruction or operate vessels. The actual dive services are delivered by our partner operators at each location.
2. What We Do
We facilitate bookings for scuba diving courses, fun dives, freediving programs, snorkel tours, and related activities. Depending on the booking, payment is either processed by GoDiving Co. on behalf of the partner, or paid directly to the partner operator at the location.
3. Bookings & Confirmations
A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp. Prices, availability, and schedules are subject to change until a confirmation is issued.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details (dates, number of participants, program selected) are correct at the time of confirmation. Contact us immediately if anything is wrong.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by program and partner operator. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for full details. By making a booking, you agree to the cancellation terms that apply to your specific program.
5. Liability
Scuba diving, freediving, and water-based activities carry inherent risks. GoDiving Co. acts as a booking intermediary and is not liable for incidents, injuries, losses, or damages that occur during activities conducted by partner operators.
All participants are required to complete a liability waiver prior to participating in any activity. Please review our Liability Waiver for full details.
GoDiving Co. is not responsible for circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment issues at partner facilities, or changes made by partner operators.
6. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that you are in adequate physical health to participate in the activities you book. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions to your dive operator. Certain conditions may disqualify participation — this is for your safety, not to ruin your trip.
You agree not to misuse this website or provide false information when making a booking.
7. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in the local currency unless otherwise stated. Prices are set per program and per location. We do not charge booking fees on top of listed prices. Any applicable local taxes or fees will be noted at the time of booking.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website contains links to third-party websites and partner pages. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Use them at your own discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on godiving.co — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is owned by GoDiving Co. or used with permission. You may not reproduce or reuse any of it without written consent.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
