Taking part in ocean activities such as diving, snorkeling, and boat trips is an incredible experience, but it also comes with certain risks. The sea is a natural environment, and while our team does everything possible to manage and minimize risks, some factors are beyond our control, such as weather, sea conditions, or individual health issues.

By booking and participating in any of our activities, you agree that GoDiving, its staff, and its partners cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during your activity. We are committed to providing the highest level of safety, with professional equipment, experienced instructors, and clear safety briefings before every dive or trip. However, each participant also has a personal responsibility to listen carefully to instructions, follow safety guidelines, and act responsibly in the water.

We strongly recommend that all guests carry comprehensive travel and/or dive insurance that specifically covers diving, snorkeling, and other adventure activities. This ensures you are protected in the unlikely event of a medical emergency, evacuation, or other unexpected situations.

Our goal is to make sure you have an enjoyable and safe experience in the water. We will always take every possible step to keep activities safe and comfortable, but by joining, you accept that there are risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
